iPad Insurance Claims

If you ordered your iPad before Christmas 2017 please following the instruction below

To make a claim for the iPad you have ordered through the school please follow this link to the Burnetts insurance Website Portal where you will need to complete a claim form. The password for the portal is Bohunt Worthing. Please make sure you complete the form as a accidental damage claim not as a warranty return due a fault with the iPad not caused by damage.

Once the form has been complete Burnetts will be in touch via email. If the Claim is successful you will need to post the iPad in a pre-paid sleeve which needs to be collected from IT Support at the School.

If you ordered your iPad after Christmas 2017 please following the instruction below

Please ask your child to bring the iPad to IT for a claim to be made. We will need to know the following information to complete the claim.

  • What were you doing at the time of the accident?
  • Where was the device?
  • How did the accident happen?
  • Approximately, what time did the accident happen?
  • What was the date when the accident happened?
