iPad Insurance and Repairs

Digital learning is an integral part of what we do at Bohunt Worthing. If your child’s iPad stops working for any reason please follow the steps below to claim for an insurance repair. 

If you purchased your iPad since September 2023:

• All Insurance and warranty claims are organised by MendIT.
• To begin your claim please phone the repair team on 08000584124 or go to repairs-admin@mendit.com. Click on MendIT’s repairs and at the bottom of the page there is a form to complete to book your repair.
• You will need to know the serial number of your child’s iPad. This can be found on the settings or at the bottom of the back of the iPad if the screen is unusable. This is in very small font so take a photo and zoom in to get a clear picture.
